SDBF Webinar: Achieving Optimal Brain Power During Stressful Times

January 28, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm

The San Diego Bankruptcy Forum Presents a Zoom Webinar
with the support of the Inland Empire Bankruptcy Forum

Achieving Optimal Brain Power During Stressful Times:
A Competency CLE Benefiting the
San Diego Legal Aid Bankruptcy Self-Help Center

Speakers:

  • The Honorable Chief Bankruptcy Judge Margaret M. Mann
  • Christopher W. Todd, Esq.

Moderator:
Meredith King, Esq.

Lawyers get paid to think and owe it to themselves, their clients, and the court to do so competently. It is thus important to understand how the brain works under stress to manage challenging times. This program explores what practices have been proven to help the brain cope with stress. It also provides practical tips for resolving problems when they arise, and for maintaining brain health thereafter.

All proceeds for this event will be donated to the San Diego Legal Aid Bankruptcy Self-Help Center and the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum is pleased to announce it will be making a match donation in the full amount raised.
