Speaker:
The Honorable Wayne Johnson, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge

Judge Johnson will cover the procedures governing adversary proceedings in bankruptcy cases.  This first of two presentations will cover issues such as when to initiate adversary proceedings (as opposed to motions, objections, etc.), the relationship between the FRCP and FRBP, historical data in our district regarding adversary proceeding filings, service, deadlines, pre-answer motions, amending pleadings, the new service rule in FRBP 7004(i) and related topics.  You can attend in person in Judge Johnson’s courtroom or by video.

By registering for this event, you agree that you will not quote or cite the judge’s comments in any pending or future matters before the Bankruptcy Court.
